About us:
The Foundation - I have lived at both extremes: the hollow disconnection of addiction, and the high-pressure discipline of a Junior Olympic athlete. Both have taught me how the body breaks, and how the mind survives.
The Realization - When those worlds collided, I realized that survival isn’t a strategy. Real change isn’t about shifting habits, it’s about re-engineering the way you think.
The Blueprint - Through lived experience and continued study, I found that progress isn’t found in perfection. It’s found in the architecture of consistency. I learned that:
